Work in progress: Rockford Toolcraft

This 5,500 S.F. office addition is the 11th addition to the original 14,000 S.F. building designed/built in 1984 bringing the total area under roof to over 97,000 SF. The exterior walls feature an EIFS (exterior foam insulated system) over a pre-engineered system. The roof is Butler's standing seam 20 year warranty MR 24. The building is located at 766 Research Parkway, in Rockford, Illinois.
